1. applications, - application are which include those programs designed for a specific use that you commonly interact with, such as a word processor, computer games, graphic editing and system utilities.

2. operating system also known at OS - the operating system software, is which consist of a series of software compp0net use to control the hardware of your computer and support the application you run on it.
