if you have Linux Redhat, Fedora or CentOS distribution installed in your server, then you can find your php.ini file in the etc directory, it paht is: /etc/php.ini so lets say you want to edit the php.ini file, all you have to do is send this shell command:
SHELL COMMAND:
vi /etc/php.ini
