i have had my old computer for a while now. i need to buy a new computer but i wanted to see if you can give me some advise as to which computer is the latest and which one is the best buy bes value computer PC. lately i can't tell if i should buy a window 7 PC or a Mac,,, but now with the Ipad i dont know.
