i have a windows xp computer and i have been getting this message alot more now, what does it mean and how i can fix it

yea, i know what you mean.

there a couple of ways to fix this.

1. buy more memory for your system

2. remove any programs from your computer you are no longer using

basically you are getting this error because your computer is running out of memory. it may be due to installing more application programs on your computer. some programs really take a lot of resources from your computer, like antivirus software takes alot of memory to run.
