Access To The Administration Control Panel Is Not Allowed by Papariziman

i started my phpbb3 forums, why i cant access the administration panel

at the bottom it usually has a link that says:

Administration Control Panel

so i try to access the url /adm but then i get this message:

Access to the Administration Control Panel is not allowed as you do not have administrative permissions.

whats wrong with my page?

i have the same probleme and it is simply to eresolve: rename your folder "install" and authentify yourself with your password and login.

make sure that you purge all you cache.

you can use your FTP and go to the cache/ directory and delete all the .php files
