can you help me with a dubm questions. i have a laptop and my batter is not charging well. lately i've been getting this balloon popup on my windows xp computer it says:
Critical Battery:
you should change your battery or switch to outlet power immediately to keep from losing your work
how can i troubleshoot something like this?
another problem is the transformer gone bad. in which case you would need to buy a new cord
the next thing you may need to look at if the cord checks out ok, is the battery, it may be old and it doesn't hold a charge anymore, you will need to replace it
