I am using WS_FTP Pro and when I upload my files to my website, some of my files are uppper case, but when I upload them to my site they are changed to all lower case characters?

I used to have the same problem, it turns out there is an option in WS_FTP Pro that you can change to force all your file uploads into lower case. So if you upload a file or directory with upcase letters, it will force (change) it to lowercase. To change this option, simple uncheck this option:
This is how you do it:
1. In WS_FTP go to Tools >> Options
2. In the options window select the "Advanced" tab and expand "Site", then uncheck "Force lowercase when uploading files"
Now when you upload your files from now on, they will be uploaded exactly as they are in your local PC computer or machine.
