Photoshop Can't Save As Gif Jpeg by Tara

hi, was wondering if you can give me some help here. i just installed my photoshop on my windows 7 computer, but when i tried to save the image as a gif or a jpeg file, i dont get those options. on my windows xp computer i did get those options why i can't see it anymore on my new computer? is photoshop CS not compatible with windows 7? as you can see from my image snapshot, i only have the option to save the file as .psd

if anyone is interested, i help people like you everyday to solve these and other kinds of problems. like:
you cannot save png in photoshop

hmm, make sure you have the image mode as RGB,

go to the main menu at the top. select: Image > Mode

make sure you have "RGB Color" checked
