do you know how i can fix the problem with my windows 7 black screen?

i just got a security update on my computer and it all of the sudden i start to get this

how do i solve this problem?

this is what i have done:

reboot computer
updated autoupdates
updated my anti-virus
updated my network interface driver

not sure what else i can do?
