hi, i was wondering if you could help me with this.

i was trying to install fedora core 5 on my computer server when i got this error:


Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM :

  No Emulation

I had previouls install red hat's fedora ok, but now i get this error. i don't know why i am getting this error. i've never seen it. i checked to make sure my disks are good. any ideas?

you need to check your media. check to make sure the disk is not dirty or scratched. this is the most likely cause

i cleaned my cd and i tried it again, and this time it worked. i didn't get this error anyomre. thanks. the the installatio is work, i see it installing the OS now.. thanks gain.
