java installation problem in Windows XP 2000 Vista Error JVM by marco

i was wondering if you can give me some ideas as to how i can resolve this issue. i leased a dedicated server and i was given iLO access to my hp server but when i log into the console, it tells me i have to to install JVM. so when i download JVM on my computer and try to install it, i get this error at the end:

this installation package could not be opened. verify that the package exists and that you can acces it, or acontact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.
