hello, i have leased a linux server from webune and i want to install phpmyadmin now but i want to install it with apache rewrite rule or mod rewrite

i saw your tutorial on how to do this but im a little bit confused as to now it will work if i dont enable

i mean, do i have to enable it and if so can you teach me the installation procedure or process or steps i would have to take to do the instalation

please help
