fedora comes already with yum
if you have red hat, im assuming you bought a license with them, if so you will need to go through red hat to install yum, red hat is no longer free, which means you will have to pay for a lincense. if you want free linux then red hat made fedora for open source
but if you want to pay with it you can download yum at this adress:
http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/download/2.0/yum-2.0.7.tar.gz
but it wont work before it does not support red hat but you can try
i tried it myself, so thats why i moved to fedora because it already comes with yum
