i recently moved to a new web hosting provider. but when changed to the new sit, i get this error on my website, not sure what they changed.

has anyone reported this problem to you where they are forbiden to run .htaccess files on their website?

hello okesh,

by default, we do allow our customer .htaccess file access. however, there are many web hosting companies and they dont allow it because of security concerns.

i would contact them and ask them if they can move you to a server where .htaccess if allowed
