hi, i just got dsl on my home, and i've heard that you can run your own web server from your home using your dsl connection. it that true, how can it be done? i have a dynamic ip, is that going to be a problem

hi tory, yes you can run your own webserver, it you are going to use it for a domain name its best to have a static ip, but if you just want to play with it, then all you need is a computer, linux (like fedora) and thats it, after you have installed linux on your computer, you can access your server anywhere in the world with your ip address that your isp gave you..
