i have a dedicated server with windows on it, and everything works find, i just need help with something.

i am able to rdp to the machine, now if i can just find out how to start the DOS command terminal on my machine that would be perfect, i just need to type in some commands for my software i just installed.

can you show me how to open a terminal in microsoft servers?

its very easy.

the easiest way, hit these keys at the same time on your keyboard:
windows + r
[windows is the key between the control and alt keys]

or

go to Start > Run

then type CMD and OK

thats it
