as an administrator security is important. one way you can increase the security of your system is to make your users give a strong password for their logins. i will show you using windows 2003 server. i will show you what properties you will need to change and what settings to set so you can make your users choose a complex pasword for their login.

1. go to start
> Administrative Tools
> Local Security Policy
> Account Policies
> Password Policy
> Password must meet complexity requirements


2. select enable and then click ok
