How To Install Apache2 With PHP5- New Update Upgrade Linux Command by unix
To install apache in your linux server, just enter this command at the shell:

yum install php php-devel php-gd php-imap php-ldap php-mysql php-odbc php-pear php-xml php-xmlrpc curl curl-devel perl-libwww-perl ImageMagick libxml2 libxml2-devel


yum will connect to the internet and retrieve the necessary files to install/update your Apache Server will all the necessary files.
