what are the steps i need to follow if i want to know how to increase apache open file limit. i leased a server with your company and some help on this would really appreciate. im not much of a geek when it comes to things like this but i do like learning

sure we are glad to help:

1. open this file: php.ini

2. look for this line: memory_limit

change the value to whatever you want: example: 16MB

save the changes and restart your server

done
