the first step is to login to the control panel. you have have been given this information at the time of when your service was turned up. if not, you can contact us for further assistance.

your information will look similar to this:

Control Panel:

to create email account in your domain (example: sales@example.com)

so the first step is to go to the control panel url you were given. it will have in the url as in my example above its:

https://www.example.com:81

next. click on your domain name

next, you will see some tabs, you will need to click on the "user & email" tab

then click on the "New" button

populate the following fields:

Real Name: (Use Full Name)

Email Address: (enter the emails address you want, in my example, i want test@tuiz.com, so i will enter "test")

Username: (this will be the login name. in my example, it will be web2_test )

Password: (enter a secured password)

WebSpace MB: enter if you want to limit the disk space of this account email. otherwise, leave -1 for unlimited

MailSpace MB: enter if you want to limit the disk space of this account email. otherwise, leave -1 for unlimited

Administrator: (do not check this)

click on the save button

now you have created an amail account for your domain

Now that you have created an email account, you can login to your account through the our webmail panel

you should have gotten this information from us at the time of your service. however, if you don't have this information, contact us and we can provide it for you.

Now you have two options to retrieve your emails:

go to https://mydomain.wanplanet.com:81

login as:
username: mydomainadmin
password: mypassword

then click on mydomain.com on the left menu

then a new window will appear as "ISP Site"

click on the "User & Email" tab

to create a new user click on the new button

type:
Real Name:
####### WRITE THIS EMAIL ON PAPER, YOU WILL NEED IT LATER ######
Email address: (example@mydomain.com - for this example just enter "example" in the text field to make the email as example@mydomain.com)

####### WRITE THIS PASSWORD DOWN, YOU WILL NEED IT LATER ######
username: create a username (example: mycellphone)
Password: (enter password)

leave all the other fields as they are and click "save" button

scroll down and click save again

now that you have created your username and password, go to

https://mydomain.wanplanet.com:81/webmail/

enter the email address you created and password (remember i asked to write it down)
in my example it will be:
example@mydomain.com
password
