How To Connect Html In Web Contact Form

i am interested in knowing how i go about putting a web form using html and then have the information send to my email address.

basically what i am doing is putting a contact us form on my contacts.html page of my website and once the people have put their information, i want to have all that information sent to me to my email address and my mobile phone. these are very inportant clients and i have to contact them no less than 30 minutes after their information has been submitted, how do i do that with html?
