im very happy with the dedicated server that i got from you. today i was asked by a customer, they want to know where is the location of where apache is install. so now i need to know how to check where apache is installed on my linux server

is there a ssh linux shell command i can use?

first make sure your httpd is running, you can send this command:

/etc/init.d/httpd start

then, send this command to look for httpd:

ps -aux | grep httpd

you will see something like the picture above
