I installed windows xp and windows server standard on one disk. Now everytime i boot my server, windows xp loads automatically. If i want load windows server 2003, I have to manually hit the arrow keys to select it, if I dont, it times out and it automatically select windows XP by default.

I want to change it so that windows 2003 boots up by default. Can you show me how to do this?

did you know that that installing a dual boot is the old way of doing it. now its better if you install virtualbox on your windows computer. you can run linux from windows computer

To do what you want to do, you need to edit a file called boot.ini

you cand find it at C:boot.ini
