hi webune, i have windows server with microsoft windows xp 2003

and im getting this error:

NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

what does this mean and how do i fix it?

ok, you are probably getting this error because you have your USB drive connected to your computer server. just remove it and reboot
