have you ever seen your logs and you see this error:

File does not exist: favicon.ico

what can you do to fix it?

just create an image file with the .ico extention and put it your web root directory

you can do tho things

1. add a favicon.ico file in your web root directory. for example, lets say your web root directory is:
/home/users/mysite/public_html/

2. disable error loggin in your apache configuration
