if you have a webune dedicated server, one useful command you can use in the DOS terminal is to start the remote assistance when you need help from our professionals.

to start remote assistance from the DOS command type this command:

rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA


that's it, you will see remote assistante application program will launch immediately
