i remember we can make the file with the output of the command
can you tell me
for example, i want to make a file with the a list of my files in is, you know something simple so i can understand
i know the command for listing is ls
so how can i do it?

well lets say you wan to do that. to create a file from the output of a command you can do this for example:
this is saying, create a file called list.txt from the output of ls
now when you do
simple huh
