Cannot Be Opened Due To Inaccessible Files by Sagest

hi, im trying to pay my taxes on this website, but im getting this error

Database 'taxroll' cannot be opened due to inaccessible files or insufficient memory or disk space. See the SQL Server errorlog for details

i dont have a database on my computer. do i have a virus?

no, thats the an issue with your computer. dont worry, you dont have a virus. that is a problem with the website you are visiting. whoever owns that website, is having problems with their server. you should contact them and tell them that their application is bad. this is probably a windows server they are running, check with them, im sure they will be glad you brought this to their attention. if you complaint, that wont help. complaining doesnt get you much further. if they have a phone number its better you call them instead of email them.
