i have debian and this is what it says:
site:webune forcing reload of web server (apache2)...httpd (no pid file) not running (98)address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down u
so what i did i changed to listen 443 but that didnt work, anything else could be the problem?

you can edit your httpd.conf file and look for where it says:
Listen :443
comment out this line and restart your web server and it should work. i would also try rebooting your machine if it continues. by rebooting, you will reload all your applications.
