Post Description: i am trying to remove it from my Programs under the control panel on my windows 7 computer but i can't it gives me a message that says Unable to completely uninstall application

while doing some testing on my firewall which came with ASDM version 6, i installed the ASDM on my computer so i can access the firewall, now that i dont need it on my computer, i am trying to remove it from my Programs under the control panel on my windows 7 computer but i can't it gives me a message that says:

Unable to completely uninstall application

im not sure what i need to do

have you tried deleting the registry on these two items:

KEY_USERS\\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Management\ARPCache

HKEY_USERS\\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

WARNING: you should really backup your registry before you attempt to make any manual changes on your registry.

Cisco should provide a better way to remove this man!!!

On Windows 7x64bits I only was able to found this Key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\S Thank you That work for me.

me too, i am trying to remove the application that says: ASDM Startup Wizard on 192.168.1.1
