How To Check Status Of Software Raid In Linux

i have a quick question, i am not sure how to explain, but i have to check to see what is that status of my raid on my server. i dont have a raid controller, instead, i created a software raid on my file system and now i need to see what is the condition on it. i remember when i first signed up for a dedicated linux server with you guys you gave me a command to use but i forgot and i didnt write it down. can you give it to me again?
